Application:

• For people suffering from rheumatic pain or cramped msucles, it is recommended to heat the mud to body temperatures to 37-38 degrees celcius. Apply the mud to the body using straight upward motions. For problem areas, it is advisable to apply an ample layer of mud. Aftera pplication of the mud, the body can be wrapped in foil or plastic or left on to dry, no longer than 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Towel dry.
