With juggling between work and home, a jam packed calendar and non-stop pressure, now is the time to take some time out for you. Take an hour every week for your own personal wellness routine. Below are some ideas for a healthy body, mind and spirit.

Beauty and Bath Experience

First run a nice warm bath adding both Mineral Bath Salts and 1-2 capfuls of Bath & Body Oil. While the bath is running, cleanse your face with the Hydra Balance Gel or Bio Cleansing Milk and then massage the Body Scrub over your body to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. If you have any problematic areas such as cellulite, make sure to massage these areas more vigorously. Once you have finished with the Body Scrub, relax in the bath and let your mind drift away.

Next heat and apply either the Dead Sea Mud or Mud Oil Pack (use the Dead Sea Mud if you want to focus on detoxifying and use the Mud Oil Pack if you have very dry skin). Rub a thin layer of mud all over your body (excluding your face). You may feel a tingling sensation as the mud is so powerful. Leave this on for approximately 15 minutes. Whilst the mud is working, exfoliate your face with

either the Hydra Micropeeling or Bio Facial Peeling. Massage for 2-3 minutes and then rinse off. Now apply a mask of your choice (Mud Mask is recommended for oily skin and blemishes, the Hydra Mask is recommended for dry skin and the Bio Nourishing Beauty Mask is recommended for an anti-ageing mask) and leave for 7-10 minutes.

Enter the shower and rinse off the mud and the mask, then follow up with a nourishing body cream such as the Water Base Aroma Pack or Vanilla Body Butter.
